Volunteer Buffalo Run. Mar 24, Antelope Island, UT. 50-mile and 100-mile volunteer at Lower Frary aid station. This run was so inspiring, I'd like to do the 100-mile next year!

Scotland's West Highland Way 5 days, 100miles and a trip to southern Germany

Old Gabe 50k. Bozeman, MT, June 23rd. 9 hr 32min, 11,000ft gain

Brighton Marathon, BCC 6hr 40min

Millcreek 50k. July 20-21st (night run). 9hr 44min, 9,000ft gain

Volunteer Speedgoat 50k. July 28, Snowbird, UT ~ volunteer coordinator. Our 6th year with this event, and the biggest yet ~ a total success

Gore-Tex Trans Rockies Run. Aug 14 thru 19, Buena Vista to Beaver Creek, CO. 2nd Place overall ~ 6 Stages, inclues 3 stage wins. Total: 26hr 3 min, 123mi, 20,000ft gain

Volunteer Wasatch 100 Lamb's Canyon aid station, Sept 7. Pace Kim Demarco Big Mtn to Lambs, 14 miles.

Bear 100. Sept 28-29, Logan, UT 34h 9min

Volunteer Antelope Island 50k & 100k Oct 6

I still want to do these:

Bridger Ridge 20-miler (self-supported)
Toiyabe Crest Trail 70-miler

Zion Traverse set for May 1st, 2010 well, i think we were down to plan Z by the end of the weekend, but what an epic weekend it was! a total success.

Pocatello 50 May 29,2010 called to a stop on account of foul weather. foul! i made it a strong 23 miles in 5h 45min.
